Diwali 2012 update
It is exactly three weeks to Diwali (November 13) 2012. Kollywood has almost firmed up their line up – Vijay’s Thuppakki, STR’s Podaa Podi and Vikram Prabhu’s debut film Kumki.
AR Murgadoss has already started promoting his Thuppakki in a big way. He has released a 30 seconds teaser song (Google, Google) on Youtube, which has already become popular with the youth. Gemini Film Circuit who are distributing the film has started theatre confirmation.
Hitesh Jabak the producer of Podaa Podi is directly booking screens. He has already advertised theatre listing for the film for Chennai city. The film is likely to be censored this week
Studio Green had earlier announced that they will be distributing Kumki for Diwali. The film is in the post-production stage.
