After 8 years, Sandiyar surfaces again
Remember the title ‘Sandiyar’ floated by Kamal Haasan for his film few years ago, which came under fire. The movie later become Virumaandi and went on to become a super hit. The reason for the protest was a section of the society felt it hurt the sentiments of them. Now, after almost 8 years, a movie titled ‘Sandiyar’ directed by Chozha Devan is gearing up for release.
According to the director, the film is a love story with a difference and will have plenty of action. Music for this film is by Yatish Padmanabhan, who is none other than the grandson of the great comdedian Late Chandrababu. The movie stars debutant Jagannadh as the hero and a Kerala girl Della Raj as his pair.
