Amala Paul is all happy

Amala Paul is all happy with laurels that she is receiving for Deiva Thirumagal. It was great working with Vijay (director). When I first got a call him, I couldn’t believe it. He said I could do justice to the role’.

She says, ‘Vikram helped me a lot. He would sometimes scold me and explain how we could do a scene. I learnt a lot from him. He kept wearing that red sleeveless sweater throughout his promotional tour, even if it was hot and sunny. He lives in character.’

On her forthcoming projects, she says, ‘Muppozhudhum Un Karpanaigal (directed by Ganesh) and Vettai (Linguswamy). I had fun shooting with Sameera, Madhavan and Arya for ‘Vettai’. Sameera and Arya are fitness junkies. Till I met them, I used to believe that being slim is being fit.’
