Hansika signs Tamil remake of Ishq
Hansika is a happy gal these days! Her kitty filled with half a dozen flicks, the actress has signed on the Tamil remake of Tollywood hit Ishq being produced by actress/politician Jayapradha.
While the veteran will launch nephew Siddharth in the lead, Hansika will be seen as a bubbly and vivacious girl in Nithya Menon’s role from the original. The film will be directed by Rajashekar.
Speaking to DC, Hansika said, “I watched the original version to get an idea about the script. I found my role very interesting and since it was a proven hit, I didn’t have any qualms in signing the film.
Jayapradha ma’am has planned to produce the movie on a grand scale.” On Suriya’s Singham 2, she says, “Yes, I am waiting to join the team in the first week of October. I am thrilled.”
