Karthika’s cousin enters kollywood
Looks like there’s no dearth of talent in veteran actors Radha and Ambika’s family. The talent seems to be on going in the next generation as well.
Karthika, Radha’s daughter made a grand entry in KV Anand’s Ko which was a super hit. Later she signed on Annakodiyum Veernanamum, a Bharathi Raja film and is now in Deal with Arun Vijay.
Her younger sister Thulasi is debuting with Mani Ratnam in Kadal and has just been signed up by Ravi K Chander in his Yaan opposite Jiiva.
But now, looks like one more girl from the family is oozing talent as well. Gouri Nambiar, a cousin of Karthika and Thulasi and the niece of Radha, has now made her debut with Sembattai directed by I Ganesh which was released last week.
Gouri, who was born in Mumbai is now a native of Trivandrum. The actor’s mature performance in Sembattai, where she plays a salt vendor in a coastal town, makes her someone to watch out for.
The film stars Dileepan and Srijith. The actor has already signed on her next Tamil film, Valiyudan Kadhal.
