Suresh Gopi in Shanakar’s ‘I’
Shankar’s ‘I’ is progressing at brisk pace. The movie starring Vikram as the lead, also has leading Malayalam actor Suresh Gopi. Suresh will be playing the role of a doctor in the film. Sources say Suresh Gopi’s role has a strong backing in the script and his character will lend solid support to the movie. He recently shot for his scenes in Chennai.
The first schedule of the movie was successfully completed in and around Chennai, and typical to Shankar’s mega bonanza films, the second phase is planned in China. The third schedule is again expected in Chennai which is likely to commnece in November.
‘I’ is produced by Aascar Films Ravichandran on a whopping budget. The film is also being made in Telugu and Hindi. Amy Jackson is one of the heroines, while Shankar is scouting for another. A R Rahman is scoring the music for the film.
