Thaandavam Undergoes Cuts
A couple of days after its release, about nine minutes from Thaandavam has been chopped off. The Uyirin Uyire song and a scene in the first half was cut down thereby reducing the running time by nine minutes. The film’s duration now is 147 minutes as against the earlier 156 minutes.
The cuts were intended to make the film crispier and to capture the audiences’ attention. Thaandavam has been receiving good reviews and the collections at the box office are making the producers happy. The film is directed by AL Vijay with Vikram playing the lead role.
